The brief
A sophisticated, contemporary townhouse in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, with an impressive basement conversion housing a gym, sauna and swimming pool, with shower facilities and a hidden bar. The property also includes a car lift running from street level down two storeys to a secure basement garage.
What we delivered
Imperium delivered a fully integrated BMS for control of all HVAC services, including heating, VRF cooling and room-by-room zone control via underfloor heating. The BMS was fully integrated with the home automation system to give the client one seamless way to manage the whole property.
