A super-prime family residence on London's Avenue Road, transformed under new ownership with a substantial new basement housing a luxury swimming pool, spa and extensive leisure and living spaces beneath the four-storey home. With technology spanning the entire property, the owners wanted advanced systems that came together behind a single, intuitive interface, with comfort and climate managed effortlessly throughout.
What we delivered
Imperium designed and delivered the BMS for the home's HVAC, integrating and controlling heating, cooling and ventilation across the residence and its new subterranean spaces. The audio visual system was fully integrated into the BMS, giving the client one seamless, intuitive interface for the whole home.
