THE BRIEF
One home, one interface, every system as one. The owners wanted a fully integrated property with sustainability engineered in from the start: air-source heat pumps and VRF cooling working in concert for genuine efficiency. And they wanted it to feel effortless, with a single, intuitive interface the whole family could use, and voice control throughout.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
Working hand in hand with the client, architect, M&E consultant and builder, we designed, installed and configured the technology from the ground up. A core BMS orchestrates the HVAC, and ties seamlessly into Crestron lighting, Lutron window treatments, a Ubiquiti network, full audio visual, 2N access control and CCTV.
THE RESULT
A remarkably advanced home that feels remarkably simple. Comfort, security and entertainment, each considered, each engineered to disappear into everyday life, making every day a quiet pleasure.
