The brief
The client came to us burned by their last home, where technology had been installed but never truly integrated. HVAC ran in silos, temperature was a constant battle, and every system demanded its own app. The technology was always in the way. This time the brief was clear: heating and cooling unified into one control system, a single setpoint per room, and outside-air compensation to keep energy in check.
What we delivered
We delivered a fully integrated home automation system with HVAC at its heart, heating and cooling on a single setpoint per room, weather-compensated for efficiency. Lighting, window treatments, audio visual and security were drawn together with climate across the whole house into one system, behind one interface.
The result
Four years on, the home still simply works, adapting quietly to the family's lives in the background and keeping everyone comfortable, secure and connected. The technology, at last, out of the way.
